鹽焗 Sea Bream

我好鐘意食魚架, 但自己買條魚返屋企又唔知點整

又係睇電視見到 Jamie Oliver 用 Rock salt 焗魚, 我都冇唸住要整, 但鬼鬼有興趣喎

買左條魚, 已經清潔好哂 :D

鬼鬼就用一堆加左雞蛋既鹽, 又加啲䈎


放入預熱oven 15 mins 就ok!


mock 皮既工作就我做啦


好滑架魚!



聽日返工啦, 緊張中...
